The increasing global shortage of protein, rise in demand for sustainably grown foods and increase in consumer focus on animal protein substitutes are driving the alternative protein market to over $300 billion dollars by 2030*. This growth is often challenged by the undesirable flavor, odor and color of alternative proteins.

Our CleanSense™ technology is effective in moderating the sensory profile of several plant-based proteins, and we hope to partner with alternative protein producers to license our technology commercially.
